Video Review websites

I am looking for a good video review site.
If nobody can recommend a good one then perhaps I can get some input on the following series:
Sperry, Shamrock, Rutten, or Paulson- MMA
Jackson - takedown/takedown defense

Does Sakuraba have an instructional series?

I am not a monstruously jacked up beefy guy, so please keep this in mind if you are recommending a series only good for Heavyweights.

Bill Lewis has a grappling video review site that you can access through bjj.org

Sakuraba has a single instructional tape which covers a bunch of his tricks, more strategic than technical, but I don't know if it is still available for purchase. A guy I train with let me borrow it once and I don't remember too much about it.

I personally get bored to death watching instructional tapes and have found that my instructor and the guys I train with are more than enough for me.

Instructional tapes are highly overrated. 2 pints are all I need.

Paulson's tape's are very good. imho.

Rutten's nikko tapes are poo, but his panther tapes are very good.

Have not seen shammy's tape

Anything of Erik Paulsen's is very good. I do some of my training under him, so I may sound a bit biased, but he is without a doubt so phenomenally technical. I think that with a lot of the instructional tapes out there, what they cover is usually pretty general and basic, so considering the high prices of MA training tapes, they're really not a very good investment if you are already training consistently at a good club. But this is not the case with Erik's stuff. If you're looking for more tricks, some of his tapes will show you tons of great submissions (esp leg locks). Or if you want something that'll help your basics, the type of detailed incite he gives will really open your eyes to a lot of things you may be missing. And its because he has such a teaching style where he doesn't just show you something, but he really delves into it in detail and explains the finer points and reasonings behind stuff.
