Ok, lt's see...
I wake at 6.00am and do some 30 to 45min running; sometime slow, sometimes I do sprints or plyometrics; depends on the mood and energy levels. If I have some energy left I led to weight room and do some weightlifting; nothing fancy; usually 45 min; basics exercises and no squats for me, I have huge legs by genetics..he he. In the evening I train Ruas vale tudo 5times/week, sometimes it's mainly muay thai, sometimes it's only takedowns, and sometimes we just roll. That's it. |

I believe in staying sharp all the time, and making it to the academy as often as possible. I think focus is the key to al ot of things in life. If competition is your thing, that's great. Everyone needs something they can be really passionate about, and training in the martial arts is definitely mine.
