What about catch wrestling?

I heard a lot of talk about catch wrestling, Tony Cecchine, etc. last year but it seems to have died out nowadays. Any good fighters (recently) have a background in catch?

No major fighters have any true lineage in catch. Matt Furey is training in catch, as does Tony C. I suspect it'll be a while before anyone catch-related will compete big time. Tony does have some students that have and do compete in various events and do well.

I don't expect to see either Tony or Matt competing, ever.

A friend took a seminar with Tony C and really liked it.
