Just so everyone knows, your words of scorn and due to recent circumstances I've really been starting to hate this guy less. Like I said in an earlier post, my friends are really starting to isolate him. Well, as much as I am annoyed by him, I felt what they are doing was bad. Then yesterday, only a week after the infamous heel hook, me and him went to a sort of open mat class we have (sometimes people show up, sometimes not) and we rolled and gave him much of my infinite wisdom
Just so everyone knows, I'm not crazy and I don't hurt people when I train. I admit a heel hook isn't the best idea to put someone in check, so thats why it won't happen again. It was a bad decision, but my original point was that human nature allows people to make bad decision. Shit happens is all I saw

thats cool. the only reason I replied to your post is because I don't think anger should be a part of training. thats why i made the point of checking your ego. Either you're training to be a better grappler or you're training to beat people in sparring sessions. but sh!t happens.
