![]() | Reason? Want to do it before I turn 30, so I can say I've done it before I get too old. What I need is as much advice as possible in building a training schedule - roadwork, strength, diet, drills - the whole caboodle, so I can get into fighting shape. All advice very welcome - I've obviously visited sanshou.com & .org, and there both good but I really need some specifics so if something has worked for you please let me know. All help very gratefully received! |

![]() | Work your throws, as in NHB, grappling dominates.

| Advanced | No Heres the story, one day actually the first day I signed uo here I was searching for Bruce Lee stuff when I came across http://www.jkd.com.hk/Eng and noticed it had free email. I already had a hotmail account and was looking for MA newsletters. Then I saw that you get an actual free email account. So I cancelled my previous one and got one there. Then somehow I came across this site and signed up. So no I have never been to Hong Kong, infact Ive never left Australia.
