Update on my back

Guy's,
I went to my first sports therapist treatment today, I pinched a nerve afterall. The session sucked, i feel worse than ever.

She sad it would take a long while before i get back on the mat. training with weight is not ok to.

I might take up swimming

I'm not a doctor but I've been told that when I've had a pinched nerve, the nerve gets inflammed and you should therefore take an anti-inflamatory for it, like Ibuprofin (I think).

It's going to feel bad for a while before you get back to normal.
