![]() | Yeah, vitamens are good. If you take a normal multivitamen (I take Centrum) it can't hurt. Also, I take a vitamen D pill since it's crucial to maintain good bone mass.

![]() | I have been told by doctors that Centrum (and multivitmins like it) are hard to digest. They come out relatively unabsorbed. But I haven't researched it so I can't say with certainty. |
