Well, it's been practically a week. Unfortunately, I couldn't resist on Saturday and Sunday evening, so I had to eat out at a restaurant and eat some greasy food (I'm at college, how can one resist?) What do you guys do about weekends with food? I've been keeping up with salads and turkey sandwiches and I've been having plenty of skim milk and water. I have run about 4 miles each week. When do I start seeing results? It's so hard to keep motivated if my stomach keeps looking the same
Well, thanks for your help. I've also started taking Vitamin C supplements and Centrum.
