Ideal diet and exercise program for a small petite girl?
Hey guys, I'm trying to get a girl to incorporate some exercise and a proper diet in her life. Since she leads a busy and stressful life, I thought that a good diet at least would give her more energy and feel better. What would you recomend for a a 5'1 101lb girl? (She's half Viet and Chinese, hence the small size) Exercise programs? I was thinking jogging 2-3x's a week? But diet wise maybe more salads, white meat and stuff. I hear white rice isnt that great for you, only brown rice.
So how about some advice? What kind of things should she be eating, quick exercise programs? Please help!

since you're a young dude, let me give you some advice since I am the old guy here.
Don't suggest anything to her unless she asks you. You will end up being the idiot if you try to convince her to exercise. A lesson in life is that you can't force, coerce or push a female to do something she may not really want to do, without some dire consequences.......  |

As for exercise… Make sure that she is on top so that she does all the work. That way you can just sit back and enjoy. Also every once in a while slap that ass and give her some encouragement.
As for diet … make sure that she gets enough protein. No spitting allowed. (You left the door wide open) |

She sounds like she needs 3 hot beef injections per day.
Send her my way and i'll look after her. Once she's converted to the Shimora Diet she will never look back.

I am being very careful in my wording because the wrong words could get her offended if she ever came across this page. Your right old man, unless she asks, I guess I shouldnt open my damn mouth, but she did ask sorta..."What you think I'm fat?" After I estimated her weight at 110 instead of 101. If anything I think she needs to GAIN weight. Girls are touchy....

Gee Sweep, where were you before she asked me. Damn...I really do have to be careful with what I say. Like I told her it be nice to be a chick magnet in a joking manner. And she was like "What, I'm not enough for you?? Why do you need to attract other girls?"
Fuuuuuuckkkkkk I hope she was joking too.
