    Cool Happy Thanksgiving to ALL

I want to wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving.

This is my day where I will reflect upon the past to warm my heart for all that is precious to me and give thanks for what I have. It's easy to look beyond what you have and I have done that too often in past years. But this day, I am going to think of all the positives I have in my life.
The best reason I can give thanks is that I have my family with me. As many of you know, my Dad is not well, but he is hanging in there and is actually doing a little better these days. I hope at this time, I can once again be as thankful.

I am thankful that I have the physicial ability to train even though the mind doesn't always connect with the body. In fact, I am going to go train in a half hour. Yup, training on Thanksgiving day. Yeah, I know, you're supposed to over eat and then work it off, kind of Asz backwards but hey, otherwise, I would just be sitting around.

Best wishes that you have a great Thanksgiving day with friends and loved ones.

    Cool

dude, you missed some great training

If you wanted, you could have had some private lessons and sparred with a few black belts
Also the MAN, Carlson Sr. stopped by to hang out.

    about 18 people showed up.

It was a great day to hang and train.

May fate bless us all with happiness and most of all appreciation for what we have.

Though I am in Canada for the present, my heart still belongs to the US of A.

Good post Old man, just keep in mind that gravy and turkey adds instant inches onto your waist. And we all know you can afford that!

What is this Thanksgiving tradition you participate in?

I know it has something to do with Pilgrims and Turkeys.

    Can anyone enlighten me?

Cool Well, well, well Mr. Sweep!!!!

Happy late Thanksgiving to "you" and the rest of you, gentlemen. It's freakin Saturday night and I'm about to write a paper for my Early childhood studies music class.

I ended up watching "Chopper" (movie based off of one of Australia's most notorious criminals) after going from parents to the "ole ladie's" relatives on Turkey day. It's strange, extremely violent and graphic, but also quite entertaining. The movie that is !

Anyway, I'd like to give thanks for being able to drink a foo foo drink and still be a man, running a childcare center and still being a man, and listening to the likes of duran-duran and Aha and "still" being a man. Wait a second....... I don't like this pattern of mine....

On the real, I give thanks for my twins being healthy (gotta get a pix up on the page), and having a pretty cool family.

    later on amigos...........

Btw Karlinhos, how was "harry potter"?
