Hello does anyone know of any quality instructors or schools in the philadelphia area. Im looking for stand up part of fighting the grappling im going to go to maxercise gym under Steve Maxwell. Thanks for any replies

i train at a Renzo Gracie academy about 20 minutes north of Phila. We do alot of standup to compliment the ground game. If you like e-mail me for directions.There is class Sunday thru Wednesday. CH

a friend told me about a spot on N. 926 Front Street, 215-928-1610, web site addy: www.bodyartsgym.com

another on Cherry street and 22nd, he thinks the addy is 2222 Cherry street.

both are muay thai spots.
