When does the body convert from anaerobic to aerobic workout - is there a fine line which can be abided by?
My workout, consist of five week rececitations, with 3x3, 5x5, 5-4-3-2-1, 10-9-8-7-6, 2x20 Does the aerobic aspect kick in during the 4th week or only in the fifth week if at all. I'm trying to improve both my strength and stamina at the same time, and I don't know if I'm hitting the stamina enough. |
