It's nice to see some of you guys back!

Let's keep this thread going cause I'd love to hear all your suggestions.

Sorry Triangle, I deleted you post. Putting a link to another forum doesn't help the conversation about reviving this forum!!

If we could find Pit Dog I'll bet he could stir up some controversy!

HAHAH, How Ironic Darren

It is true though, the one thing i loved about you guys was that you had an opinion and stuck to it. It would be hilarious to read some of the threads between you, Pit Dog and Brian. Hope it happens again too.

Masala, here's one for ya.

Chicken Biriani is SOOOOOO much better than chicken Masala!!!!!!!

Thanks Sokker, I knew you would be there for me.

But I DON'T MAKE MISTAKES! EVER!!

I am always right! Just ask my wife.....

I am the most smartemust guy I know.

I think that's the problem with the forum now, too many people are thinking too much before they make posts. I think we're getting along a little too well. Meaningful discussions just PISS me OFF! Not enough contraversy. I promise to think less and spout off more....

The amazing think to me is the way the tide has turned from the JKD to the MMA forum. I remember the days when JKD had way more posts on it. Now MMA has totally run away with it. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised even I get bored arguing about whether or not Bruce could shoot fire from his eyes and lighting out of his mouth. In fact I think I'll head over there now and start a thread asking if the one-inch punch would be effective in a real fight.

I think if all the minds of the "Martial Artists" here would be as open as they should be, there would be some wonderful discussions. Instead there are people only interested in showing how "tough" they are or how they possess the "absolute truth" on combat. This is the mentallity some need to abondon to truly progress in their training and to truly live life the way it is to be lived. They need to be a bit more humble and "empty their cups", so to speak.

I check this forum everyday. Just don't post much anymore. Not much of a reason for me to post. I don't know much about BJJ and I'm not that interested in MMA anymore. Most of the interesting questions about MMA have been answered. Judo isn't discussed very much.

My interests now are more focused on judo development in the United States. So, naturally I spend more time where judo is discussed.

I had a lot of fun here and its a great place. My first home on the internet! Tim and Goddess run a great forum.

I'll never stop posting here. It will just be less frequently. Like I said, I check it everyday. Usually, there are alot more qualified people to answer the questions asked here than I am!

Hope you all have a great 2002!

Take care.

PS. Sorry I don't have any suggestions! I think the format of the forum is fine the way it is. It is user friendly and the moderators give plenty of leeway for discussion.

I think that if some of the beloved original forum members would come out and reveal who they are currently (or have been) posting as, some of the cry-babies would stop whining and start lightening up a bit.
Sometimes hurting someone's feelings isn't a bad thing ...it's a good thing .
