HOWARD COMBAT KIMONOS presents:
TAKE DOWN WORKSHOP for the Jiu Jitsu and Submission grappler.

This workshop will focus on balance, footwork, penetration steps, set-ups, take down and take down defense.

This workshop will be conducted by Rico Chiapparelli(NCAA and World Wrestling Champion), Vlady Matyushenko(Soviet & European Wrestling Champion, UFC veteran) and Frank Trigg(Olympic Trials Finalist, Pride & Shooto veteran)
