Qi Gong (often spelt Chi Kung) is a powerful type of health exercise, which has been practised for centuries by millions of Chinese people. dude choy loy fut is mainly alot of circular sweeping movements which can generate power and they prefer not to get to close to opponent as in elbow knee range.Dont know to much about white tiger i think they strike on a linear plane more often anyone feel free to correct me if im not right

Direct is a better description than linear...white tiger generates some of the fastest gings I have ever seen...HOWEVER it takes YEARS of diligent practice to generate the power for the hand strikes (their primary weapon).They are very dedicated Iron palm practicioners though and that is why i have contacts in their organizations. They specialize in short power breaks which is odd since their system emphasizes long power

sure it makes sense to train both long and short, but they dont connect the skills very effeciantly...a long palm would connect their body better....SOME of them do practice shattering and imprint as well as burning palms and son tan, but most dont, so the long power isnt connected as it should be....i posted links to the head of the systems video page in the White Tiger thread i started.....he cant break coconuts...so he fakes his breaks their arent any of those on the site (he took them off when all the people who can do the breaks pointed out the fakery) you can see the speed and power of his strikes...point being, train the iron palm...
