    Ab workouts.....what are your routines?

    a good aerobic workout, a strict diet, and a hardcore 'powerwheel' routine...oh, and the hoola-hoop

    I've also found that working your guard is a great for the abs. You are forced to have good ab strength to have a good guard.

    Works like a charm!

    I do two, sometimes three, exercises to FAILURE every day. Somed days crunches and leg lifts, somedays incline board with leg lifts with resistance. It is generally upper then lower, and sides if i have the wind

    wow 2 to 3 exercises to failure everyday! you must have a rock hard set of abs!

    I dunno...I treat my abs like any other muscle in my body and allow some time for rest before my next ab session... I work em 3 times a week.
    crunches and leglifts etc...
    crunches on the exercise ball are great too!
