![]() | just wondering if anyone can help me out. Im checking out a school with BJJ (machado) and shootfighting this week. Any recommendations as to which more effective, worth learning? Or any other comments on BJJ/Shootfighting would be much appreciated. thanks |

![]() | i started classes 3 months ago and enjoy it. the training is relatively cheap and fun. plus you learn alot relatively early. all i can say is give it a try for a couple of weeks. i have found both are effective and recommend both if you have the time. if not well bjj is probably preferable as most fights will go to the ground and bjj is a ground based style. good luck and i hope this helps a little. |
