that's not what he really said, but that's what i was expecting him to say.

that's damn cool that our own forum lead prosectutor is getting such noterity on television. I wonder if he has any 8 x 10 glossies yet. Now would he be in a suit or in his Gi?

Hey i saw him on the my local tv station!He was talking about something because this guy showed up 6 hours late for his court apperance!!!

In the Milton Herrin murder case, I came very close to what you said in my argument, although it wasn't about the defendant, but the weak kneed psychiatrists trying to get him off as crazy. I told the jury that they(the pschys)probably get down on their knees every night and thank God they are doing their job in the late 20th and early 21st century, because back 50 or more years ago they'd have been tarred & feathered & rode out of town on a rail for trying to sell the kind of snake oil they were using to try to get off a cold blooded killer. My boss about wet his pants until the jury came back with the death penalty and said they felt the same way I did. Needless to say the psychiatrists quickly got out of our little county haulin'

What happen was our last Capital defendant said he would plead to a life sentence, and other charges in other counties. Bottom line is it'll be between 45-50 years before he even comes up for parole. The defense Attorney drug tail around, said he was in Court on a misdemeanor, BS like that and of course the victim's family are out there getting madder & madder as it goes along. Finally we let the Defense Attorney know if he wasn't up here soon to forget it. When it was put that way he got here & we got it done.
