I'm not talking about guys that are obese, but we all know guys that are kind of pudgy....like Karl Malone or Tim Duncan, that just don't get tired. How come these guys don't end up lean and cut if they are doing cardio work all the time? What's up with that?

You must have never seen Karl Malone with his shirt off, that dudes cut like Frank Shamrock!! I always thought he was chubby too, but i saw him in one of the Wrestelmanias and I couldn't believe how ripped he was, he looked like a bodybuilder.

1. they eat alot
2. All the cardio in the world won't put on any muscle...might drop a few pounds thats it.... 3. there young/in shape......lots of fat dudes are in great shape, VO max ability that is(VO max is a measurement of lung capability) just look at NFL linemen nowadays...some have huge guts hanging out yet can outrun any normal size guy |

Yeah...the guy has toned up though...he was alot fatter when he first started fighting...PLus he is young so it could really be "baby fat"...

oh for sure...I bet Josh has quite a bit of muscle under that fat..
kinda like me...i have a crazy defined 6 pack - under my layer of fat...I got hidden talent...
