Great to have you back. BJJ is still a major cog in this wheel of martial arts, but it is not the same as it was back in the day....and naturally so.
Once the BJJ information has been examined, tested and absorbed into other arts, the playing field became more leveled. However, it has settled into being one of the core arts that everyone must study. To be able to survive today one must have knowledge in stand up striking, stand up grappling, transitioning from the feet to the ground, and ground grappling. Email me at mrsmrt@aol.com.
