![]() | I also have another question. How do you counter the "Million Dollar Move"? It's when you go to armbar someone, and they bring up their other hand and grab your foot as you swing your leg over their head. Tonight during class I was setting up killer armbars on this dude and he kept using the same move to escape.

![]() | Many ways to counter the counter to the arm bar. instead of swinging your leg over the face/head, you can bend your foot and place your foot next to the neck and bring your knees as tight as you can. Or do a weak arm bar and really do a set up for the triangle, when they try to flip over, facing you, keep hold of the arm and pull them into your guard, but have the leg over the shoulder to set up for the triangle. easier to demonstrate than to explain |
