Hey! How's it going?

Just wanted to say hi cause I haven't had time to stop by in a couple of months. I'm taking 9 hours in summer 1 and it's killing me. Fortunately, I'll be done in a couple of weeks, and I want to start training again in July.

So, what have you two been doing? Who's active right now? Who's going to be kicking my ass next month?

Been wondering where you have been but 9 hours in summer school pretty much equals no life. All i can say is start working on your cardio because I may actually be a good match for you now.

I didn't know that you posted here. Good to hear that you're getting better.

I'm in crappy ass shape, though my running cardio is OK. I'll start working the bag and sprints ASAP, and hopefully I'll still be able to take you when I come back.

Who else is training right now? Anyone competing (grappling, kickboxing or MMA)?

I lurk here but never have anything constructive to add. I hope im getting better. We will just have to see how I do once you get back in shape.

Well Sam and Edwin have been fighting at some small events and several guys are planning on competeing at a BJJ tournament (Southwest Submission Grappling or something like that). Most of the regulars are still their and several old students have been coming back along with a bunch of new people. How many of them will still be around in a month is the real question.

I have only rolled with one of them and it seemed to me that he has forgotten more than i have learned. Dont worry Phil and Warren are still around and will give you a good match.
