Tape 1: Closed Guard Gi Chokes - This video covers well over a dozen gi chokes from the closed guard, in addition to several ways to break your opponent's defensive postures.

Q: I've seen Joe Moreira's other videos and found his English very difficult to understand. Are these videos the same way?

A: No. Joe is demonstrating all the techniques, however, I am doing all the explanations.

Q: What skill level are these videos designed for?

A: Intermediate to advanced. Actually, I would say that they videos are for anyone who is not black belt in BJJ.

Q: Are these videos for sport grappling or NHB?

A: These videos are 100% sport grappling with the gi. The techniques on these video are not designed for no gi grappling or NHB.

Q: I have a collection of 400 other instructional videos. How much overlap is there with other videos?

A: You may see an occasional choke that you have also see on other videos, however, no other video on the market teaches you the same detail and WHEN to apply these chokes. The bottom line is that there is no other video that comes close to this one in the area of gi chokes.

Q: How long is each tape?

A: Between 35-45 minutes. Dont worry about how long each tape is. There is a ton of information on eah one of these videos.
