question what's the best way to practice kicking form ...
example I have trouble rotating hips?( pivioting, etc)... any suggestions or tips.... drop'em |

This mainly applies to kicks below the waist.
If you are kicking with your right leg then do this. Place your left foot so that it is parallel with your left shoulder, it should be on a 90 degree angle compared to if it were point forward. Then as you kick with your right leg do it as though you are turning left and trying to make your right foot meet up with your left foot. Just twist your hips as you do it. As you gain confidence you can twist your left foot further around so that your toes are almost starting to point backwards, this gives incredible momentum to a your kicks.

Read some of Bruce Lees Books. Bruce Lees Fighting method Vol 2, 3, 4 should give you some great tips on how to get some extra power in your kicks
