Does anyone know what Randleman's workout routines are,
how he trains,etc.
One of the commentators of UFC stated that Randlemans
thighs were about 29in. Now I know where his take down
power is coming from!
This guy must do serious squats!
Is there anyone capable of submitting this guy?

Although Randleman is the most boring fighter in history he is also an incredible physical specimen and that's probably his best attribute. Actually he looks a little too buff. Anytime I see someone that has that genectically engineered look I think steroids, but I really can't say for sure. I don't know his workout routine but from the vertical leaps he does before his fights I would think he probably does lots of powerlifts, clean and jerks and snatches. Also things like standing vertical leaps onto a platform are great for that explosiveness that Randleman obviously has. But I don't know for sure, this is just my conjecture.

Randleman seems to use a lot of plyometrics in his training, the high leaps he does are one of the trademarks of this
