If you had the chance to train under Pat Miletich would you? his school is about 3 miles from my house and i'm debating on whether or not to take lessons there or at another school. i think lessons are like 55.00 a month and you sign up for a 1 year (blue belt course) package. he offers muy thai, BJJ (or something really close to it), judo, karate, along with a few other things i can't remember.

I've never been there, but I would recommend you try it. There are lots of champions that train there so it should be pretty good!

Ask to go and have a look at one of his classes. He seems to have a variety available for pretty cheap. As tim said alot of champs trained there. Id probably do it if you have got the money.

i did check out a couple of his BJJ classes. while i was there he didn't seem to teach a lot of technique. focused more on endurance and stamina. also, everything was Gi off.

Maybe the techniques come into it once you have a good fitness foundation?
