Whats that thing called where your on your back, and you bring your legs together, then bend them and put them in the air, and bring them back far enough so your on your shoulders, and then put your hands behind your neck, then spring off the ground using your hands and land on your feet? I'm not sure if this is called anything, but I can do it and I'm sure alot of ppl can, but its kinda hard to explain to my friends that I can do that, it would be easier if I could just tell them what I do that actually has a name. Any info on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

my old karate teacher called that a hic-up. there was a skinney guy that used to come to my bjj class that could do it to and i think he called it something else but i can't remember what.

For all those people who dont understand what Kamatra is saying waych a few Jackie Chan movies and youll know.
I refer to it as a Kick-Up, I did a little break dancing about a year ago and thats what they called it. Its not that hard to learn.
