best throw in mma
what do you think is the best throw/takedown in mma?
i think the best one to use is double leg takedown because it is easy to get , simple and effective but if you can get it the hip throw works really well especially is you drop down onto your opponent, apart from that there is the belly to back suplex as this can knok out ur opponent |
