New Training Location

I had the pleasure last week of vacationing in Breckenridge, Colorado. Being a BJJ and MMA addict (aren’t we all!) I decided to scout out a place to train while I was there. I found a new and relatively small school about two hours away from where I was staying.

The little town of Glenwood Springs is home to the Bushidokan Martial Arts Academy. I spent one two-hour training session with these guys and had one of the best workouts of my life. Keli Harrison is the head instructor and let me tell you – this guy knows his game! He is a true warrior, a great teacher and I’m happy to say, a new friend.

If you are in the Colorado area and looking for a place to train, I strongly suggest giving these guys a call. Great location, excellent instruction and some stand-up guys and girls to train with (what’s up Roger & Michael!).
