Default UFC Tapout

Has anyone played this new video game?? A grappling buddy of mine played that game all last weekend, and he came into work today mouthing about all these new submission moves he learned from it. I told him he wasn't going to learn good submissions from a game, and I was right. Not only did he mess up all the moves he tried, he exposed himself for many other moves.

He says that this game shows a lot of techniques, but I don't believe the game shows the whole story on techniques. Anyone played it?

I played UFC Throwdown.... same techniques you see in MMA lol. They do execute them pretty well tho if you know the moves already you can tell.

Just because you can make a video game pixel "tap-out" doesn't mean you will be able to with a real person.

The person who told you he could make people submit because he "learned all these cool moves from a video game" really needs to learn to discern fantasy from reality.........

For it to be the latest MMA game it's pretty realistic ( even though you don't feel the punches). You can time their puches or kicks and take them down with it. The fight doesn't last that long but for it to be a console game, it ROCKS! Play it more and you'll understand
