Smile AIKIDO/AIKIBUJUTSU

Hi my teacher's name was SHINJO NINAMOYA Sensei
he died 2 yrs ago @ age 93 I was a live in student [Uchideshi] with him for 15yrs 10yrs in Japan & 5yrs in Australia.
I now head the Hakuda ryu Aikido/aikibujutsu .
I have 22 students 7 of them are [Uchideshi] .
I started training when i was 4yrs that was a long time ago a lot has changed since then . the [q] what do i think of mma i think it is great never limit your self to just one thing .
on bjj i think it is a exelent art to add to your training it does go against some of the principals in aikido but esentualy it has the same element .
eg [what you grab stays yours ]
they use a method that i like witch is [ grab it break it , lock it snap it ]
im talking real bjj not tapout stuff though tapout is pritty good to .
any way i hope that awnserd your Q/A [i hope i passed the interview]
yours in budo .............dan

Cool Aikido/Aikibujutsu

I gues that would depend on what teqneique is in question .
Me i think modern teq are probley the best due to evoluition of martial arts but in the same q/a i say you cant go past the old basics as most of the new teq come from a old teq somewhere along the line .
may i ask what type of jujutsu you do & some back ground on the style .
thanx yours in budo ..............dan
