Default Injury by heel hook

Last wednesday night I got heel hooked pretty hard. I don't know if the guy intended on hurting me or not but he really cranked my heel. My ankle and knee popped several times. I got right up and started grappling again because it didn't really hurt. But later that night it started to hurt. Sometimes it feels like my knee is being twisted.

Anyone know how long an injury like this takes to heal? I was hoping to attend class tomorrow night, but I don't know if I'll be able to or not. If I do, I may not be grappling very much.

Do not train or do anything else until the pain goes away, if it doesn't see someone.

Mr. Miyagi is correct!

What kind of pain are you experiencing? Dull ache or sharp burn?
