Well what i mean is do you have one school that teaches all the mixed martial arts?
i feel that what ever the school specializes in is what you are going to become better at... some bjj schools teach vale tudo (everything counts).. take downs, strikes, submissions.. and they also teach of course jiu jitsu..so they are not going to really consintrate on striking..as much.. i train in a real muay thai gym for my striking and then go to another school for bjj and if they wanna refresh me on striking that's fine but i have a school for that.. they master only in striking.. which is good for me.. ![]() i'm curious to hear what jmd and bri thai have to say about their training.. ![]() |
