first of all you need free webspace..

if you have a homepage or what ever you can post your picture on that.

make a geo cities account. take a picture of yourself..save it on your desktop or one of your folders..

then upload the picture to your geocities account. then you can link us to your picture.. if you have the space and can post thumb nails.. just upload your picture on a thumbnail and add it on. then put [img] [/img] before and after the url of your pic and we should be able to see it..
