American Kickboxing

Question for you guys... would you consider American/Western kickboxing to be effective in a street situation?

I know its not as good as MT, but is it of any use? is it any good?

because it has boxing in it..

it has boxing with kicks.. AKB IS not muay thai cause the kicks are above the waist but you can trickle your kicks below the belt.. anything you do will be good in a street fight that the street fighter dont know..

remember it's like a chest match and your making moves .. one of you will win... the one with the most knoweledge..

if you dont have experiance.. the street fighter will have it..
he will have courage and will not be scared of you enjoy that one.. and he probably works out and has big ass arms..

but....

you might make a mistake and he wont know what to do with it..

he might make a mistake and you can make him pay with his teeth because of the training you have...

that is the diffrence..
