without more information, it sounds like you could have pulled/strained/inflammed your rotator cuffs. something i'm intimately familiar with at the present time. pain can be below the delts, especially, in my experience, if the bursa is inflamed. you might want to get a referral to a good sports physical therapist for some good stretches and exercises to build that area and help it heal.
anti-inflammatories are great, massages are bad, if this is the injury that you have. if it's the rotator cuff/bursa...you have to let them have complete rest except for mild stretching. |

same thing happens to me when i do preacher seat curls...it hurts really bad...what i do is i take time off and dont do anything that my make my biceps work and after about a week it goes away, if this happens to you every time you roll then i would see a doctor, you may have a more serious problem
