The Ultimate Home Workout, Ground Control, & The Keys to Victory are what they're called and they sound cool but I have no idea how good they are? sub wrestler, you there? Also, who's seen Tony Cecchine's "LOAH" Catch Wrestling videos? And if you know of any unofficial site to order them from, let me know! Last edited by Ice Phoenix; 11-07-2002 at 05:52 AM. |

![]() | HI YA, and i am on the verge of getting the vt1 mario sperry dvd's ! But i cant make up my mind, there are so many out there. What do you think of vt 1???? Is it plain and simple, and does it explain in detail the techniques, or is it a glorified exhibition of his skills.???????? Many tapes/instructors/martial arts etc. like to show 100's of flashy techniques but never explain any of them in real detail. I always say 1 great technique is far better than half knowing 100. Which category do mario's fall into????? The other ones i am considering are pedro cavaldro (spelling)??? Any comments ??????????? |
