I haven't had the opportunity to train with any great fighters, but I've met Pat Militech, Bas Rutten, Kevin Randleman (god is he huge), and Tito.

I train with Frank Shamrock, so "Crazy" Bob Cook is there and Ryan Bow comes down. Tito came to train for a week (nice guy). Brian Johnston is there alot, he brought Fujita down to train (huge head, literally, about 43 pounds). Got to hang out with Don Frye (funny as hell). Went to a Royce seminar and Dan Inosanto (amazing).
Dan Downward - if your in San Fransico come to San Jose to train at Frank's. It's only 45 minutes away. Frank might noy be there, but "Crazy" Bob will be there.

I train with Frank full-time at the RAW gym in El Segundo. He hasn't been around because of his fight in Japan and the holidays but he'll be there tomorrow. What I was wondering was if he's not there, what type of cirriculumn do you guys follow? Do you do the 10 body position drill, the dog, TK guard, etc.?
I heard him mention "Crazy Bob" a couple of times. Is he your instructor. I also trained with a big guy named Daniel a few months back from up around your parts.
