Okay.. Ninjitsu vs Hapkido...

Both claim that their system is a complete art, covering standup fighting and ground fighting with punching, kicking, elbows, and joint locks.

So how do these arts differ besides the history (like Ninjitsu's Japanese and Hapkido's Korean) and origin (Grandmasters... etc)?

And if a Ninjitsu and Hapkido guy were to fight.. which guy do you think will win? Well, I know this question's broad due to fighting environment person's health.. etc. But I mean in general, where both opponents were equal size.

well a ninjitsu warrior of course ,there are over 6000 basic techniques that are taught , there are many more that are not even known unless u are a grandmaster of the 18th or 19th level or higher . it is one of the oldest martial arts , it dates back to 800 B.C .

All depends: how good is are the two practioners and how good is their training. Plus, is it just hand to hand or anything goes??

You know, there are history books other than those in comic-book form.

How dark is it outside when they fight? In the dark the Ninja has a distinct advantage because you can’t see him. System is important, but all systems that increase athleticism will increase a persons ability to survive. I would argue that playing football is a great martial art. It makes you tough, fast, strong. Believe it or not humans have instincts in a confrontation. We all have an entire martial arts system built into our genetic code. It comes out in times of extreme stress. The better shape you’re in from any “system” the better off you’ll be. Of course, going right to the heart of the matter and training with practical styles helps tremendously in refining what nature has given you.

I have my own "system". Its ultra hardcore. It involves me spinning my arms in vertical circles and running as hard and fast as I can into the enemy, trying to hit him with the top of my head. It took me half my life to master, but boy was it worth it.
