this guy is guilty, people should stop defending him and using him as an icon. did you know he has actually made a huge profit out of killing policeman daniel faulkner?
did you know he was not an "award winner journalist targeted by the fbi" as often heard but a cab driver at the time of faulkners death?
he's a sick man.

I will never understand how people who would appear intelligent could defend a murderer. I have seen a list of individuals and groups that support him, many you would expect and many you would not.

I dont know enough about this paticular case to have a real opinion.However,as long as prosecutorial misconduct is accepted on a regular basis,as long as poor defendents dont get competant representation,and as long as good cops will still stick up for and cover for bad ones it makes it easy for people to doubt ANY conviction,especially one that gets a lot of sympathetic media coverage.
The sad part is that in many states prosecutors that fail to reveal evidence that may exonerate defendents cannot themselves be prosecuted,nor for many other violations of a defendents rights to a fair trial.Its hard for a well intentioned prosecutor because you never get good publicity for freeing a man wrongly charged,you only get points for winning,not for seeing that justice is done.

I agree. I have watched several shows about this and I don't see how people can think he is innocent.

I love Rage, but they should spend their time on a worthy cause. Oh well too late for that since they are broken up.
