SBG / MMA Kids- Video Clip

The following clip is a highlight of the SBG Kid’s video set ("Play as the Way") available in a few days. Unfortunately, much quality is lost when uploading to the web but I hope it gives you an idea of what and how we coach kids the MMA.

The clip is composed of footage from competitions (Judo / NAGA / FGA) and both training sessions and fun time at the gym.

The video set will include the many drills that are often asked about and most importantly concepts and examples on how to coach children in the mixed martial arts.
