![]() | I've done BJJ for about 2.5 years and have done boxing and kickboxing in the past also. Any boxing/kickboxing is very physically demanding as is BJJ, so if you love it all that much that you'll train your ass off every day of the week, that's fine, but most people try to have lives outside of the gym or dojo! |
