hello. this is a question for everyone. i currently train bjj 3 times a week and jkd/boxing/muaythai 4 times a week at 2 different academies. how often should i train in bjj each week?if i increase my bjj time i'll have to take away some stand-up fighting training.
thanks |

I've done BJJ for about 2.5 years and have done boxing and kickboxing in the past also. Any boxing/kickboxing is very physically demanding as is BJJ, so if you love it all that much that you'll train your ass off every day of the week, that's fine, but most people try to have lives outside of the gym or dojo!
