For me, it's not someone who can beat up anyone because when that person grows older ...... he may not be able to beat up everyone. For me, it's someone who is in a "fighter" state of mind from the point he wakes up to the point of going to sleep. He does not procastinate in terms of kinetic mobility. His mental attitude and Social attititude is superb. In his daily course of life, he is moving fast at every thing he does because he has tons of energy. He is giving life his 100% and in return life is giving him 110% benefit. And when he is sparring, he is doing the best he can given his physical conditioning, state of mind, and experience. He learns from his victories and losses. At the same time, he remains humble.

In order to experience true peace you must first overcome true hardship.

A good fighter is a number of things.
Calm attitude, Not a hot head or mental case.
A good hard training Background.
Experience in REAL combat against determined attackers.
Ability to use an opponents fighting style against them.
Just a few. But i think that these are key things for someone to a good fighter.
cheers
chris
my idea of a good fighter, let me see. A good fighter in my book, is not ranked on wins and losses. If you fight long enough, you're going to lose. But that no matter the situation, gives it a hundred and ten percent to learn the craft. All martial arts are a type of fighting system, just with different approaches to victory. An example is you might like asprin, and I may like bayer. They're both headache medicines, and have the same purpose. You just perfer one over the other, that's the only difference.
it has been spoken, so shall it be written, and so shall it be done!

Check him out in UFC 42.
A good fighter for me is not the strongest or the one who thinks he is the best becouse he was able to beat a few guys. A good fighter for me is the one who tryes to be better Everyday with no rest and win his fights despite of weightdeference or strenght.
