I have broken my right angle a total of three times, twice in training and once doing something completely stupid... I jumped off of a friends house.

Other than that, I've also broken my right wrist, but that was while playing football.

Peace,
Sei

No just been doing martial arts a long time. Mistakes happen.

Mostly zigging when i should have zagged.

I also have broken my wrist, with the help of my brother
And I had a 500lb rock fall and break my ankle But those didn't have anything to do with martial arts.

Had some black eyes

And stitches in my lip from taking foam weapons away from a student while I was armed with real sticks. In hind sight i should have whacked the twit.

Fractured metacarpels in hand about three times, two broken fingers, a chipped tooth or two, a fractured heel, two fractured vertebrae, pulled muscles, black eyes, too many cuts and bruises to count. Whiplash from not slipping a punch in time on more than a few occasions.

I hurt my shoulder last autumn and itīs still giving me trouble. Tendite/bursite is one of the most annoying things in the world. just when you think you are ok again it starts to hurt again. Then Iīve damaged tendoms (if that is the right word) from almost all of my fingers.

tail bone? shit, that has to hurt like you know what! I cant even begin to imagine.

I figured this is a fitting question that goes with the topic.

I fractured a rib on my right side just below the breast/nipple area. It hurts like hell to do anything but lay on it when I sleep (sucks for me driving a 5-speed!. I know it will probably take 6 weeks or so for it to heal. Besides not letting myself get hit there, any ideas on how I can make my rib cage area stronger or less prone to breakage?

Your ribcage will get stronger as times goes by. Whet it gets hit constantly your body will start to make the bone stronger to prevent injuries. Just remember to use alot of dairy products. You need that calcium for your bones.

OK, how bout this. Instead of just listing the injuries, describe how you actually got those injuries. That may be helpful to others browsing this thread.
