![]() | I've had ring worm 3 times, back in the day when I was doing no gi. If you're on a budget, you don't have to spend a lot of money on name-brand rashguards, I've seen people use regular long sleeve shirts. Just as long as you have some sort of barrier between you and your oppenent, the risk of ringworm is greatly reduced.
