    Opinions

The messages that i have posted are my opinions. Other people may disagree with what i have to say but to be honest i dont care, my opinions are my own. The facts that i post are true and have been researched my myself and other martial artists. I would not post a fact that was untrue because i know that people may disagree, this is what has happened. Before you insult me or post unfair messages stop and think. What i have been taught may be different to what you have been taught. It is these differences that make different styles. But please remember that all those styles have the same roots. We as martial artists should be helping echother grow and progress no fight with oneanother. Because alot of you are so close minded i will discontinue to reply to post unless i strongly agree or disagree.

some styles are better than others

i just feel that your listening to what your karate instructors told you and are just accepting it without thinking for yourself: does this make sense?

im sure that you are not arrogant enough to say that "everything i said has been a fact" even im not that arrogant

dont stop posting baceause of me. then your letting me win

i didnt mean to hurt anyone

i dont have the ability to change myself

you must learn to cope with me

your facts might be my fiction
what works for you might not for me
Different build people will perform the same technique differently
Any art that doesn't allow this variance is best suited for one build of people and make it impossible for some to progress at all

And this is my opinion and a fact

There is no perfect art and the sooner we all understand that the less time we have to spend onn useless discussions
Or refrain from answering the question : "A or B" with "G because A and B are sheit"

And that is............, fact or fiction?

well, the ability to change is one of the most important abilities you can have without the possibility to change, you become static, and easy to control.. in martial arts that is "condition your body into water" if i recall correct
any given fighter can beat any given fighter on any given day..
    so..
what are you waiting for Rickson, I'm here..

water is a very interesting subject, how something can be so hard, so gentle, but still have the tremendous power and capability of destruction. It reminds me of a guy i got instructed by once, his muscles was like butter.. all soft and jelly-ish when he relaxed! but when they were tightened, they were like steel! he could move soooo fast.. i think many train weights wrong and disturb their muscle-tonus, this makes you slower, don't do that!

    *todays lesson from father cain

If you don't learn proper form while learning ma by focusing on technique, you will be tense from all of the weights. But if you spend equal time focusing on correct ma form as you do with weights, then it will work for you.
