How many judo instructors teach real self defense along with the Judo? I've never seen any. None of the Judo guys I roll with want to do any NHB practice, even "light slaps" because all they were taught was sport judo. You learn some good throws in judo, but how many are applicable in self defense? And the throws that were tried on me failed, or brought them down with me.

Self defense in my mind has little to do with grappling or throwing.

Kid Chocolate: Your arguments contain nothing but insults. You have nothing to back up your insults. If your going to argue at least bring it up past the 6th grade level.
