Default firearms in martial arts

are there any martial arts out there that train you in firearms. other than the military. and when i mean firearms i mean common firerms like pistols and shotguns.

i would think there would some art that teaches you that seeing how firearms are more effective than swords, bo's, numchucks and traditional weapons. i think its krav maga but i'm not sure if they just teach you to defend against firearms there.

the movie equilibrium has a nice section about guns in martial arts (not as a sideeffect or something, but _as_ the main focus of the art!) and the movie in itself is also important.. the philosophy and the message in it..
