Why do you post questions like this? Making accusations without any sign of empirical evidence in support of your statement is a pretty good way to make people dismiss you and whatever you have to say.

You have obviously taken issue with some of the comments that have been made about your style. Engage in intelligent debate if you wish to sway people's opinions. Name calling won't get you anywhere. In addition, if it bothers you so much, it is your prerogative to visit or not visit this internet forum, as well as any other.

Where is this coming from? And are you saying that every single person who posts here is arrogant?
One thing I have to say is that this is a BJJ and MMA forum, but for whatever reason it also seems to attract a lot of people who are not supporters of either and would rather argue about traditional arts. I used to follow the forum more often when the posts were almost all BJJ and MMA related, these days it's not really like that, too bad. I'm not saying any traditional art or whatever else you're interested in is not good, but this forum was meant for exactly what it is called. |

First of all, no, no one has offended me by saying something against my style. No one here as far as I know does my style.
Secondly, I'm not saying EVERYONE here is arrogant, so don't think that. But here, and other places, it seems people have pretty big egoes. I thought part of martial arts was being confident without being arrogant. And third, lay off the big words: they're not going to scare me away. Later... |

Nick, do you mean "why are SOME people so arrogant?
The internet is full of gob shites, and forums attract them. Why do you think I'm here? But, guys, I think you have taken what this guy said the wrong way. He isn't making accusations etc. He is asking why SOME people are such pains in the arse. Heres my answer....."why do men climb mountains".

You don't have to present proof? He who stipulates must demonstrate. Quote us an example of arrogance. That's all that was asked. Somthing like " I am Szczepankiewicz the Malcontent and my style will destroy you all because I am better than you!" What you are currently engaged in is the common practice of trolling. You are free to leave. Ryanhall is free to ban your whiny ass...(hint, hint). Oh, was 'ass' too big a word for you?
