Some of the notes I've started are like "pointers" to myself. They aren't in-depth essays on how to do a technique etc. By writing it down, it does help you remember certain things.

I take notes some of the time, but only on the hapkido stuff..the rest is easy...but almost everyone in the hapkido advanced class take notes because we only have that class once a week and we forget it otherwise. Sometimes we even get together out of class just to practice so we wont forget it.
